I posted a reply on someone else's thread that had a similar issue but I thought it would be best for me to repost my issue here.
I've requested to reset my password several times and I don't get the e-mail and I contacted support through the website twice (over a week ago and then again a couple of days ago) and still no response. I cashed out as recently as May to the address I have been requesting the assistance to with no problem, and it is the one I use for this board as well, but it's possible there is a different e-mail on my account I guess and maybe things are going there instead of that e-mail, even though it's what I have entered into the support form. Can you please advise what I should do?
