okay, so there's only about 1/4 inch of snow on the ground, but this is Texas and it's March - it was 70 degrees 2 days ago. Yesterday it rained, and it rained, and it rained, and it rained...you get the idea, but when I got up a 3:00 am it was SNOWING ;D! I know it's gonna melt off by mid day, but sure is pretty.

LOL! Wrote this at 9 am, left the house at 10 to run errands (hubby was off today) and all the pretty snow was gone! Still kind of chilly though. I wouldn't want to change places with you (except during August when it's 110 and 98% humidity!

LOL - since I've posted this (last week ) the temps have been steadily rising! Its supposed to be 80 this weekend and the Bradford pear tree is covered in blooms, the daffidols (sp???) are blooming, the tiny little flowers I plant between the stones in the walkways (alyssum) are covered in white and purple flowers, and my jasmine has 1000s of yellow blooms on it - smells like a sweet tart - LOL Other stuff is starting to form buds so It'll be beautiful here soon!
