have to get back into the swing of things warrior..the longer you stop, the harder it is to start. also, exercise makes you heal quicker so think from the positive...go for it!

I know froggi, I am figuring right after the holiday I will get back into it...it has been hard with all of us being sick and then the busy days we have had...I crash when the kids go to bed --but I am going to get back into it.
