I don't know if other members will like the following suggestion, but I feel the following suggestion might be a nice thing to have with the support ticket feature.
What I would like support ticket to have is a spell checker. I know that the forum has a spell checker feature. The thing I have noticed with spell checker in the forum is a member can only use the spell checker if they start a thread and or post a reply to a thread by not using the Quick Reply feature of the forum.
I don't know if there could be a way to have a spell checker for support tickets members want to send since a new page doesn't open up where a member types what they want to say in a support ticket.

I don't know if that would be possible for them to do with the set up of a support ticket or not. I guess I don't typically type much in my tickets, so it never occurred to me. lol

In Firefox, and I don't know if this is built-in Firefox or one would have to download an addon, there is an option for "Check-Spelling" if you right click on your text. No matter where you are on the web, or SC site/webpages.
