I don't know if other members will like the following idea, but I would like the following to be be put on the website if there is a way for the following to be put on the website.
What I would like in the Support Ticket part of the website is a way to search for something in any support ticket a member has created.
What I mean by search for something in any support ticket a member has created is if a member wants to see if something they want to ask was already asked by that member so if the member had already asked something they will not ask it again or wants to find something the member has already asked to see what answer they were given then it would be nice if there could be a search box similar to how the search box works when a member wants to search for an offer they want to do or see what offers the member has available to do from a certain advertiser or similar to how a member can search for offers under Completed, Ignored or Pending either by the advertiser name or offer name or a word that describes how an offer is done, etc.
I don't know if the thing in front of Search offers and the thing in front of Search under Completed, Ignored and Pending is called a search box or a search bar.
The reason I would like the following is because it would be so much faster to be able to search for something in support tickets than to try to remember which support ticket something was asked in if a member isn't sure what support ticket subject they created that they asked something in. Even if a member did remember what support ticket subject they asked something in it would be faster to not have to read through more than one days worth of messages a member sent to try to find something the member asked or to find out the member never did ask what the member wants to know.
