I hope this is the right forum category to ask the following in.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to bookmark any thread a member would like to save so the member doesn't have to try to remember what threads they were interested in going back to or try to find threads in the forum again days, weeks or months later.
I know I can see what threads I bookmarked by going to Profile in my forum account and than clicking on Bookmark.
I know there is a bookmark feature in the forum because when I first joined the forum I did bookmark some threads, but now I can't remember how I bookmarked the threads I did bookmark.
When a member sets the time zone in their forum account under Profile does the time that shows up for that members posts in the forum show the time for the time zone the member set for their forum account. What I am asking is if a member lives in the Pacific time zone and they set their forum account to the Pacific time zone than would that members posts show the time it is in the Pacific time zone rather than it showing the time for that members post in the EST time zone. I mentioned EST time zone because I know that Contests & Promotions start at 12:00AM EST end at 11:59PM EST so I figured if Contests & Promotions start and end in EST time zone than the forum must also run in EST time zone as well.
If the forum is run in the EST time zone and a member sets their forum account to the Pacific time zone and the member wants to do a forum game such as the Get Paid to Post Forum Promotion than does this mean the member who set their account to the Pacific time zone has till the posts show 8:59PM to include the post in the Get Paid to Post Forum Promotion thread to qualify for a Get Paid to Post Forum Promotion if members who live in the Pacific time zone sets their account to the Pacific time zone and the posting time for their posts show up in the Pacific time zone time.
Even if the posts a member posts who live in the Pacific time zone don't show up for those members in the Pacific time zone time than members who live in the Pacific time zone still only have till 8:59PM PST to qualify for a Get Paid to Post Forum Promotion.
The following is under Profile and than under Modify Profile in a forum members account.
Why would a member want to share Location; Web Site Name and Web Site URL; Avatar (what is Avatar), Avatar URL and Avatar width and height; Personal Text; Signature; and Instant Messaging information for other members of the forum to see?
If I have more forum questions I may use this same thread to ask those questions.

As for the DST, just pick the one that matches your time. Why would a member want to share the information in question? I don't know. Each person would probably have their own reason, I think(?)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to quote more than one quote in the same post without having to modify a post each time I want to quote what more than one member posted in the same thread. The only way I have found to quote more than one quote in the same post is to modify the post. I know quoting more than one quote in the same thread can work because I have seen a member separate questions I asked in the same thread as separate quotes without having to modify the post to quote questions I asked in the same thread as separate quotes. There's a link at the bottom-right of each post called "Link to Post." To the member I am quoting are you saying the "Link to Post" that is at the bottom right of each post is what a member would use to Bookmark a thread. If "Link to Post" is used to Bookmark a thread than how come when I clicked on "Link to Post" in a thread I wanted to Bookmark it didn't Bookmark that thread.

When you quote someone, just copy and paste their quote and modify them accordingly before you hit the "Post reply" button. As for the "Link to Post" link just right click on it and there should be an option form your browser's built-in context menu that allows it to bookmark it. If not, you can drag the link to your desired location in your browser's "favorite" menu or what not.

To the member I am quoting what do you mean by there should be an option form your browser's built-in context menu that allows it to bookmark it. What I am asking is what is a context menu? I hadn't thought of doing the following. I didn't even know any browsers would allow anyone to do the following. I know with Internet Explorer there is a Favorites option and under that there is Add to Favorites. I could save threads by using the Favorites feature in IE, but I don't want my Favorites list to get to long due to saving threads under Favorites-drag the link to your desired location in your browser's "favorite" menu I don't know why I ddin't notice the following the past couple months, but now I do see before it says Post Reply, Preview, Spell Check and Reset two boxes I could put checkmarks in if I wanted to do either things the boxes are for. I do see after one of the boxes Check this box if you wish to bookmark this thread. What is Reset for? I could click on Reset to see what it is used for, but I don't want to take the chance that if I clicked on Reset it would do something I don't want it to do. I was wondering if other members see the following. I was wondering why when I quote a member I sometimes see " in more than one place in the quote before I post a reply. P.S. When I checked to see if a thread I wanted to bookmark had been bookmarked it didn't bookmark the thread I had put a checkmark in the box before Check this box if you wish to bookmark this thread. I wonder why the bookmark feature is not working for me at this time, but it worked for me when I first joined. I wanted to let the member I am quoting know that when I right clicked on "Link to Post" it did have an option that said Add to Favorites. Is Add to Favorites what you were referring to when you said there should be an option form your browser's built-in context menu that allows it to bookmark it

The reset button is just going to reset the post - basically meaning just delete everything. So don't press that unless you really mean it! lol

P.S. I wanted to let tealth3si know that the following thing still is happening to me when I tried to bookmark another thread. When I checked to see if a thread I wanted to bookmark had been bookmarked it didn't bookmark the thread I had put a checkmark in the box before Check this box if you wish to bookmark this thread. Yes, whatever you type in the little box will be deleted if you click the reset button.
I don't use the bookmark feature, so I can't help you out there - Sorry!

I don't know if other members have noticed the following, but if you have than I hope someone will be able to answer the following.
I was wondering why when I click on some members forum login name it says at the top of the page Member's Bio - Send Personal Message, but when I click on my own forum login name it says at the op of the page Member's Bio - Modify Profile - Bookmarks.
What I am asking is why wouldn't all forum members accounts say Member's Bio - Modify Profile - Bookmarks. The Modify Profile and Bookmarks were seperate links.
I wonder why my forum account says Modify Profile - Bookmarks, but other forum members accounts don't say this.

You can't modify other people's profile. To the member I am quoting now I see why I don't see Modify Profile on the top of the page when I click on other members forum login name. I still would like to know if anyone knows why when I click on some members forum login name it says at the top of the page Member's Bio - Send Personal Message, but when I click on my own forum login name it says at the top of the page Bookmark, but it doesn't say Send Personal Message.

You can't PM yourself or manage other people's personal bookmarks. To the member I am quoting now I see why I don't see Bookmarks when I click on a members forum login name that is not my own forum login name. To the member I am quoting I wanted to let you know that I do see in posts that I have posted an image that when I put the computer mouse cursor over it it says send pm. I clicked on the image for the PM feature under my own forum login name and it does go to the PM message page, but I didn't send anything to test to see if it will let me send a PM to myself.

I never noticed until yesterday that there was a Forum Statistics, Today's Birthdays, Users Online and Active Users In The Past 24 Hours section of the forum or if I had noticed this section of the forum it was more than a year ago that I noticed this and forgot that the forum had this section.
How can the forum keep track of the info under Forum Statistics, Today's Birthdays, Users Online and Active Users In The Past 24 Hours section of the forum (I know a forum isn't human, but I didn't know what other word to use besides the word How).
I was wondering why anyone would want to know the total number of topics, total number of posts and last updated post which is under Forum Statistics.
I think it's nice to know when it's another members birthday so that way a member can see if any other members of the forum have a birthday on the same day as another member.
I was wondering does the forum allow a member to have their birthday hidden and if it doesn't allow a member to have their birthday hidden that is ok. I do know the forum will allow members to have their email address hidden.
I was wondering why anyone would want to know how many guests there are under Users Online. How can the forum know how many guests there are?
The part under Users Online that says most users online is nice to know.
Why would anyone want to know which members have used the forum within the past 24 hours?

I was wondering if anyone sees an image with something in the image moving for threads a member started. I see an image with something in the image moving for threads I started so that is why I asked if anyone else sees this as well for threads a member started.
I see for the Australian Offers thread a member started a smiley icon and I see for the Earning money thread a member started a thumbs up icon (I think smileys and a thumbs up are considered an icon). I was wondering if anyone who reads this post would be able to tell me how the members who stared the Australian Offers thread and Earning money threads were able to have the smiley icon and thumbs up icon show to the left of the thread topic subject before a member clicks on the thread topic subject to read what was posted in those threads and to be able to show a smiley icon and thumbs up icon in the topic subject of the thread I am talking about in this post to show up after a member clicks on the topic subjects I am talking about in this post.
If there are other icons besides smiley icons and thumbs up icons that members can use in the topic subject of a thread a member started in this forum than where are the icons located in this forum.
