How do I change my password? Go into "edit account" and scroll to the bottom of the page. Enter your current password and then enter in your new password and then confirm it and click "edit account".
I forgot my password? On the login page, just next to the password field, there is a "forgot password" link. This should send an email to your registered email address with your password.
I forgot my username? On the login page, next to the username field, there is a forgot username link.
Do I need a credit card to make money on SquishyCash? No, there are over 600 totally free offers on SquishyCash! You'll find them in the category called Freebies. There are also new freebie offers scattered about the category called New Offers.
I'm having trouble logging in. What's going on? There could be a few reasons for this happening....
1.) Account marked as "Deleted" Your account may have been deleted for a multitude of reasons. Most of the time it is because you signed up with fake information. This is in direct violation of our terms of service. Also, when you request your account to be deleted, this is the message you will see if you try and login. If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact us via email at SquishyCash@gmail.com.
2.) Account marked as "Cheater" Our system detected that you are using a proxy server most likely. These are strictly prohibited on SquishyCash. Remember that there are many proxy servers, and if you're using AOL or Netscape browsers your account could be marked, as these work off of proxies as well. Also, web accelerators can trigger the system to mark your account. If you feel the system has incorrectly marked your account, please contact us via email at SquishyCash@gmail.com.
3.) Account marked as "Account terminated for fraudulently completing offers." We received reports from our advertisers that you fraudulently completed offers on SquishyCash. The definition of fraud is extremely broad, including using false information to complete offers, canceling trials immediately after receipt of the product or service, and signing up for an offer you've already done before. There are other reasons as well, the total of which can be found in our terms of service (direct link: squishycash.com/members/terms.php)
4.) Account marked as "Requesting ID" For whatever reason we may have (there are too many to list here; our terms of service lists more details in regards to this) we are requesting a copy of your state issued ID in order to keep your account active and process any payments due. If you receive this message when trying to login, please email us (SquishyCash@gmail.com) for instructions on how to get it worked out.
When will I receive the confirmation email so I can complete my SquishyCash registration? It should be sent instantly. Please check your spam folder. If it is not there please come back to SquishyCash and try and login. On the next page you can request the confirmation email to be resent.

So, let's tackle this question. "Why are my offers not crediting?"
Offers can take up to one week or longer to credit. With that being said, freebie offers will generally credit within about 3 business days after completion. For paid/trial offers, some can take up to 7-days or longer. If it has been longer than 7-days since your completion of a paid/trial offer and you have not received credit, feel free to submit a non-credit request. All the information regarding non-credit requests can be found on that page in your member interface. Freebie offers cannot be submitted as non-credit requests. In terms of freebies, we delete them from your pending folder after they have been pending for more than 3 days, so that you can try and redo them, if you'd like. This is totally up to you.
When you complete an offer, the advertiser gives us credit and then we in turn credit your account. We can only credit your account when the advertiser has first given us credit for the completion. We do not get paid unless the advertiser confirms the offer. We cannot pay you if we do not get paid. Offers are approved as the advertisers send confirmation.
Set-Up Your Browser Correctly To Accept Cookies And Clear Them! You should only use Internet Explorer browsers when completing offers. Make sure your browser is set to "accept all cookies." You can find this option by opening an IE webpage. Go to TOOLS and go down to INTERNET OPTIONS, you can delete cookies there on the GENERAL tab (you MUST delete your cookies at least once before every offer you fill out, otherwise your offers will not credit). Check your settings, over from general click on 'PRIVACY.' There will be a bar; pull it down from medium to accept all cookies.
We Only Make Money When You Make Money! We want your offers to credit just as much as you do. When you see that an offer is still in your pending folder and did not credit for you, it did not credit for us either. We only make money when you make money, so please follow the tips and advice on this page and on the How To page (located in your member interface, which also contains the link to the SquishyCash visual tutorial) so that you can be ensured strong crediting results. In addition, you may have trouble with a particular advertiser's offers crediting, but this has nothing to do with SquishyCash. We can only provide you with the best tips and advice needed to have strong crediting results.
A Few Important Rules To Remember! SquishyCash is a great place to earn extra free cash, but please remember to use accurate and true information when completing offers. If you have completed a particular offer at another site, you cannot complete it on SquishyCash. If you are found to be duplicating offers, your account will be subject to termination. Your account information must be accurate and up to date, otherwise your account will be terminated. If you mistakenly entered false information when signing up, please let us know so we can take the proper measures. Only one account is allowed per household. If you know of another account that is signed up from your home, please notify us so we can take the proper measures before we discover the issue and choose to terminate both accounts. We allow you to sign into your account from a different computer than the one you signed up from, although this could cause your account to be audited and a copy of your state issued ID card will most likely be requested. A good policy is only to use your account from your home. Proxy servers are not allowed on SquishyCash. In addition, never log into SquishyCash using AOL or Netscape, as these browsers work off of proxy servers. This may cause your account to be audited and even result in termination. If you are using a web accelerator, please turn it off. It will have a negative affect on your crediting results.
Because of the cookie based tracking that our advertising networks use, some offers may not credit. No member has a 100% crediting rate. Of course, if it was up to us, every single offer you completed would go through, unfortunately that is not the case.
Here are some reasons why your offers may not credit: It can be one of many reasons.... #1: You are already in the sponsors database. -->Your name -->Your Email -->Your address -->Your Phone number -->or IP Address #2: You do not have session cookies turned on. Our advertising networks use session tracking cookies along with IP address to track offers. #3: You did not clear your cookies fully before completing the offer. #4: The advertising network did not credit us for your lead for whatever reason they have. Usually it is because of #1. #5: You did the offer already. Specific offers can only be completed and approved once. #6: Offers are approved and denied automatically. It is not a person approving the pending offers daily. It is an automated system. When you click on a banner, it has your tracking code for your squishycash username and offer id in the link. The tracking code is passed back to us automatically from the advertising network. If it is in our report, you will be credited.

Where are the Canada and UK offers? Hover your mouse over the category to your left called Other. There you will find offers for both Canada and the UK.
How can I report a broken link? If you've clicked on an offer and received an error message or the offer page does not match the offer description, please let us know!

What's the minimum amount I can withdraw? The minimum amount you can withdraw by Verified PayPal, check, and Amazon.com is $20.00.
Can I withdraw if I live outside the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom? Yes! We accept all countries!
When do I need to file a W-9 Form with SquishyCash? When you have earned between $400-$500, we will request a W-9 Form. You will find an electronic version of this form located in your member interface on SquishyCash.
When we`ve paid you over $600, we are legally required to issue you a 1099 Misc form at the end of the year showing the amount of money you earned at SquishyCash, and a W-9 form needs to be on file for every 1099 we send out. We find it easier to make this request at the $400-$500 earnings mark.
When do I get paid? Standard payments are sent once a month and are fee-free! Cash out requests made before 11:59pm EST on the last day of the month will be sent on or around the last day of the next month. For example, you cash out on November 18th and your payment is sent on or around December 31st. PayPal payments are sent to Verified accounts only.
We also offer daily payouts. The only catch is that there is a 10% transaction fee. For example, you cash out $30 and after the 10% fee, you are paid $27. Once you cash out, your payment will be sent the very next day before 11:59pm EST.
I just won an end of the month contest, when can I cash this out? We extend the withdrawal for our end of the month contest winners to the 1st of the next month.
I haven't received my check yet. What should I do? Now, it is very rare that there is anything wrong with your check payment. Out of the thousands of payments we've sent, only one or two members have ever had difficulty in receiving a check.
Please allow up to 30 days for your check to arrive. We send all checks via standard USPS regular mail. It is up to the post office to deliver your check, and so we cannot guarantee that you will receive it at a certain time. Please be patient.
If your check gets returned to sender and we have to resend it to you, there is a $3 handling fee that is applied.
If your check is simply "lost in the mail" and we have to reissue you another one, a $30 fee is applied to pay for a stop payment on the check. We will then resend you another check.
