I don't know if there is a way to add to the SquishyCash website the following, but if the following can be added to the SquishyCash website I think the following would be a useful thing to add to the SquishyCash website.
What I would like added to the SquishyCash website is a way for members to know when any support ticket(s) has or have been replied to without a member having to go to the support ticket part of their account to find out if any support ticket reply(ies) were left or to check the email they have under their account profile to find out if any reply(ies) was or were left in any support ticket(s) if a member chose to have the following sent to the email under their account profile-Yes, please send me e-mails regarding newsletters and/or notifications
Here is one way I would like members to be able to know when any
reply(ies) has or have been left in any support ticket(s).
Such as if any support ticket(s) was or were replied to while a member was doing in this example an offer (or doing anything else on the SquishyCash website that the member is sent to the same page they were on or a different page) than after a member submits the offer than once the offer has been added to the members Pending folder part of their account than a small window could show up letting a member know a support ticket reply(ies) was or were sent to that members support ticket part of their account and it could either say new support ticket reply or it could say what the last support ticket reply subject is that a reply was left in and than in the small window it could have something that a member can click that will take the member to the support ticket part of their account and than the member can click on a support ticket subject that the member knows they used that same day or in the past 1-3 days to send a support ticket in to find out what was said in the reply.
I also feel it would be nice when a member logs into their SquishyCash account that a small window could show up letting a member know a support ticket reply(ies) was or were sent to the members account.
What I am trying to suggest in the previous sentence and previous paragraph is having something similar to how PMs in the forum work where when a member logs into their SquishyCash forum account a small window shows up letting the member know they have a PM reply and I believe the forum also lets a member know when a PM reply has been sent to the member while the member is doing something else in the forum.
I just wanted to make sure someone knows I don't want Support Ticket to be removed under Support if the suggestion I started this thread about is added to the SquishyCash website.
The reason I don't want Support Ticket removed under Support is because there still has to be a way for members to be able to still send support tickets.
