I often use my chips to redeem prizes and I do the "daily" prize redemption meaning I pay a 10% chip fee if I want my prize sent by the next day at midnight.
Right now, it's set up so that you redeem the prize like normal, and then send in a request to Support to let them know you want to do the "daily" one, and then they manually take the chips fee out.
I was just thinking it would be cool to have a checkbox on the prize confirmation page (where you have to enter your e-mail address and address, etc) that just says "Daily Prize Request? (10% fee)" and then you can check it and there's no need for the extra support ticket, and when they verify your info before sending the prize, they can look and see if that box is checked.
Less work for both the member and the admin.

I think this is a great idea. It would also be cool if it deducted the chips automatically but I'm sure that would be hard to implement. I think it is confusing to some people cause they don't know if the chips are taken off their gift card balance, or their chip balance. Does that make sense?

That makes sense, but I think it could easily say "There is a 10% fee for "daily" requests. For example, if your prize is 200 chips, you will be charged a total of 220 chips. 200 for the prize and 20 for the fee". Or something.

They have a couple like this feature on the Withdraw page, for Amazon I believe.

Because if you want your prize sent by the next day, you have to request the prize and then send in a support ticket, letting them know you want to pay 10% CHIPS fee for your prize to be sent right away. So that's why I was saying if there was a simple check box for "Send my prize by midnight tomorrow!" It would eliminate all the extra support tickets....

oh I never knew that is how it worked for the prize shop to do a daily request...good thing I looked in here.
