I was wondering if anyone else who uses the SquishyCash forum PM feature of the forum has ever had the problem below.
The problem I started having one day in Feb 2011 is the PM part of my SquishyCash account says 1 message is new when it doesn't seem as though I have any PMs in my forum account that I have not opened. The problem I am having with my PM feature of my SquishyCash account has happend for me more than 2 days in Feb 2011.
If nobody else who reads this post has had or has not had the same problem as I said I have been having in Feb 2011 with the PM feature of my forum account than does anyone know what could cause my forum account to say 1 new message when it doesn't seem as though there are any not opened PM in my forum account.

I have never had such problems. Have you tried refreshing your cache? To the member I am quoting I don't recall refreshing the cache on the computer I use to log into my SquishyCash forum account. To the member I am quoting how do you refresh cache on a computer and what is cache used for on a computer. I asked what cache is used for on a computer so that way once I know what cache is used for on a computer it might help me to know why you said Have you tried refreshing your cache. To the member I am quoting is refreshing cache done the same way as refreshing a page by using the F5 key or using the back feature on the browser that the SquishyCash member uses. For me the back feature in IE is using an arrow near the top left of a browser page.

Refreshing the cache may solve your problem by pressing CTRL + F5.

Refreshing the cache may solve your problem by pressing CTRL + F5. To the member I am quoting thank you for taking the time to share how to refresh the cache. To the member I am quoting I tried what you said to do to refresh the cache and it didn't fix the PM problem I started this thread about. To the member I am quoting have you ever had to refresh the cache on any website you have ever been to and if you have did refreshing the cache on that or those websites help fix whatever you refreshed the cache for.

You're welcome and yes it did help me on other times. Have you also tried clearing your cookies? To the member I am quoting when you have refreshed the cache did you refresh the cache only once or did you refresh the cache more than once. If you have refreshed the cache more than once than I am referring to refreshing the cache on different websites. To the member I am quoting if you have refreshed the cache more than once than did any of the times you refreshed the cache not help to fix the problem. To the member I am quoting if refreshing the cache didn't help you if you refreshed the cache more than once than did you try clearing cookies and if you did than did clearing cookies help you fix the problem you had on a website. To the member I am quoting what was or are the reason(s) why you had to refresh the cache on one or more websites. To the member I am quoting I tried your suggestion to clear cookies and I cleared cookies while I was logged into my SquishyCash forum account and clearing cookies didn't help to fix the problem I started this thread about. To the member I am quoting if you can't think of anything else that I could try doing to see if that fixes the problem I started this thread about than that is ok.

To the member I am quoting what does outdated pages on a website have to do with a full cache or vis versa. To the member I am quoting as of this post I have read all the PMs in my SquishyCash forum account, but thank you for asking me if I have tried reading all the PMs in my forum account.

If the cache is full then the page can't refresh.

If the cache is full then the page can't refresh. To the member I am quoting why can't the page refresh if the cache is full and how did you know that if the cache is full the page can't refresh. How did you know that the cache was full? To the member I am quoting do you know if cache and temp files are the same thing or different things. I asked if they are the same thing or different things because after I looked up cache it seems to me that what is stored in cache and temp folder both help to make what is stored in cache and stored in the temp folder to load up faster the next time something in cache and or temp folder is used again. To the member I am quoting I tried using the cleaner part of CCleaner to see if that would fix the problem I started this thread about, but that didn't fix the problem I started this thread about. If I can't find a way to fix the problem I started this thread about than it's ok.

If the cache is full, it can't be updated with new pages, therefore the website can't send the new page to your computer. Sometimes it just happens. Just clear it.
Cache stores info for faster loading time in the future but temp files is just that, temporary.
Have you asked support?
