I was wondering if the following below is happening to just me or if any other member who reads this post also currently has or had the following happen to them as well on Sept 21, 2011 or another day in Sept 2011 when you have clicked on one or more support ticket subjects you created in your SC account under the Support Tickets section of the SC website.
What has happened to me is on Sept 21, 2011 when I clicked on more than one support ticket subject I created in my SC account under the Support Tickets section of my SC account is I no longer see the most recent message I sent and most recent support reply in those support ticket subjects I clicked on. I do still see messages I sent and support replies in the support ticket subjects I clicked on in my SC account, but the ones I see are over 3 months old, but under 6 months old.
If any member does say they have also had the same problem as I said I had above when clicking on one or more support ticket subjects in their SC account one day in Sept 2011 than does any member know what could cause the above thing to happen.
I also was wondering if any member who reads this post also doesn't see the place in a support ticket subject they created where that SC member can type what they want to say in a support ticket subject message. I asked what I asked in this paragraph of this post because what I said in this paragraph of this post happened to me also on Sept 21, 2011.
