I was wondering if any member who reads this post knows the answer to any of the following below.
I was wondering how returning a product a person bought at a Walmart store location for any reason works. Such as is a person allowed to return a product they bought from a Walmart store location to the same or different Walmart store location if the person doesn't have a receipt anymore for the product the person bought and if people are allowed to this than does the person get cash back or store credit with a Walmart gift card without a receipt for the product that is being returned than how much does the person get back.
I also would like to know if a person purchased a product on the Walmart website and wanted to return the product for any reason than would the person be able to do this at any Walmart store location.

Walmart has flexible return policy. To the member I am quoting what is one or more ways that the owner(s) of Walmart allow as a return policy for you to say what you said in the quote I am quoting from you.

I was wondering if any member who reads this post has ever had the following below happen to them.
What happened to me is I bought a pair of shoes that I consider slip on shoes since I didn't have to tie anything on the shoes to wear than at a Walmart store one day in Oct 2011 and than one day last week both of the slip on shoes I bought started to crack or something similar to this so yesterday I tried to return the shoes I am referring to without a receipt because I didn't think I would need to keep the receipt once I knew the shoes fit well for me and I was told that I couldn't get my money back because I didn't have a receipt to show I had bought the shoes from Walmart.
If anyone does say they have had what I mentioned in the previous paragraph happen to them when trying to return a pair of shoes to a Walmart store location than do you know why what happened to me happened to me. What I am asking is why does it matter if a person trying to return a pair of shoes to a Walmart store has to have a receipt to show they bought the shoes from Walmart in order for that person to get their money back for the shoes they are returning.

That's the way life is. I always keep my receipts. To the member I am quoting why did you say that's the way life is in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting do you keep receipts you get from any grocery store as well if all you bought is food on that receipt you were given. To the member I am quoting how long do you keep receipts for and are you referring to receipts from an actual store location in the quote I am quoting from you or are you also referring to a invoice you received from a product you bought online.

You asked about the return policy. To the member I am quoting is it Walmart's return policy you are referring to in the quote I am quoting from you or is it another retail stores return policy that you are referring to in the quote I am quoting from you.

I'm referring to return policy in general but was in response to your question.
