I started this thread so if any member who reads this thread has any questions related to washing machines and dryers than the questions can be asked in this thread.
If any member who reads this post knows the answer to any of the following below than it would be nice of you to share the answer(s) to what you know below.
Someone I know owns a front loading washing machine and this person says front loading washing machines use less water than a top loading washing machine. If what the person said is right than why do front loading washing machines use less water than top loading washing machines.
I was wondering do all front loading washing machines have a door on them that a person can see what is being washed. If I am right on what I said than why do front loading washing machines have a door on them that a person can see what is being washed.
I was wondering why washing machines have an option to wash clothes, towels, etc in cold water. Does cold water when washing clothes, towels, etc in a washing machine really make what is being washed clean.
I was wondering why some washing machines have a pull out drawer that liquid laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener of any kind can be put into.
I was wondering why any person would want to use liquid fabric softener in a washing machine when a dryer sheet can be used when drying clothes, towels, etc in a dryer.
I was wondering are there any top loading dryers and if there are no top loading dryers than why is that.

If any member who reads this post knows the answer to any of the following below than it would be nice of you to share the answer(s) to what you know below.
I was wondering are there any powdered stain removers that can be used in washing machines. If there are any powered stain removers than what is the name of a brand of powdered stain remover. If there are any powered stain removers than why would anyone want to use a powered stain remover in a washing machine.
I was wondering how liquid stain removers such as Shout Advance are able to remove ink stains, stains that have tomatoes in them, etc when lets say a t-shirt is sprayed with a liquid stain remover and than washed in a washing machine.
I was wondering why liquid stain remover can't remove oil such as food oils.
I was wondering why if lets say a t-shirt has a stain on it, but isn’t going to be washed in a washing machine the same day the stain ended up on the t-shirt than why should the stain on the t-shirt be sprayed with a stain remover on the same day the stain ended up on the t-shirt and than sprayed again when the t-shirt does get washed in a washing machine.
I was wondering why if a stain on lets a t-shirt doesn’t get 100% removed from the t-shirt after it’s washed in a washing machine than the t-shirt should not be put in a dryer to dry it. What I am asking is why do dryers set in stains on anything that is being dried in a dryer.

What is the one with the two dots? To the member I am quoting why did you ask what you asked in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting are you referring to a washer or dryer in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting I didn't know any brand of washer or dryer has two dots on them. To the member I am quoting where are the two dots on a washer or dryer that you are asking about.

I was wondering if someone wants to buy a washer and dryer that uses quarters to run both a washer and dryer than does the person have to own a business such as a laundromat, an apartment building, a college dorm, etc in order be able to buy what I said. I was wondering if a person wants to buy a washer and dryer that uses quarters to run both the washer and dryer than does the person have to buy what I said as a special order and if what I asked has to be special ordered than does the person decide before they receive the washer and dryer how much they want to charge for each washer load and each dryer load so that is already programmed in the washer and dryer when the person receives the washer and dryer. If I am right on what I said in the previous paragraph of this post than where can a person special order a washer and dryer that uses quarters to run the washer and dryer. I was wondering if a person who uses a dryer that uses quarters to run the dryer needs more time to dry what was put in a dryer that uses quarters to run it than is one quarter enough to get 10 minutes or more extra time to try to dry whatever is in a dryer that uses quarters to run it. i'm referring to the label on the clohtes. To the member I am quoting why would any label on clothes have two dots on them.

To the member I am quoting how do you know what you said in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting when you asked the following in a post in this thread on May 29, 2012 than are you asking for a brand of clothes or something else.-What is the one with the two dots? I was wondering do any clothes have two tags on them. If any clothes do have two tags on them than why do they have two tags on them. I was wondering if any member who reads this post has ever seen shirts that no longer has a tag(s) on them, but instead the info on a tag(s) is printed onto the shirts where a tag(s) would be on shirts. I asked what I asked because I have seen what I asked and I even own more than one shirt that doesn't have any tag(s) on them, but does have what I mentioned in this paragraph of this post on the shirts.

This is to the member stealth3si. I did a search online to find out what the following thing you asked in a post in this thread on May 29, 2012 is and the link below should have the answer to what you wanted to know if you go to where it says Tumble Drying.-What is the one with the two dots? Clothes Symbols: What They Mean I wanted to let members who read this post know that I don't recall ever seeing on clothes one or more symbols on the care label, but I did look at a care label on June 5, 2012 on a t-shirt I own and it shows four symbols on the t-shirt care label I looked at. I also noticed that some t-shirts I own don't have any symbol(s) on the care label.

so it's the one for the washer or dryer? To the member I am quoting why did you ask what you asked in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting is what you asked in the quote I am quoting from you referring to the following thing you asked in a post in this thread on May 29, 2012.-What is the one with the two dots? To the member I am quoting if I am right on what you are referring to in the quote I am quoting from you in this post than since the link I shared with you in a post in this thread on June 5, 2012 says if there are two dots, use with a high heat setting under Tumble Drying than to me tumble drying is using a dryer to dry clothes and other items.

which is the symbol that is for cold washing? To the member I am quoting the link below is not the same link as I shared in a post in this thread on June 5, 2012. To the member I am quoting if you go to Wash and than under that go to Machine Wash, Cold than that should show you the symbol you are asking about in the quote I am quoting from you. I was wondering if any member who reads this post knows if there is a way to check the temperature of the water when washing things in a washer so that what is being washed doesn't exceed a certain temperature. If there is way to do what I asked than how can what I asked be done and if there is not a way to do what I asked than why is that. I was wondering why anything that is being washed in a washer don't all use the same water temperature and why drying anything in a dryer doesn't all use the same dryer heat setting. Laundry Symbols

use a water thermometer to check the water's temp.

I was wondering can the temperature of the water in a front load washer be checked with a water thermometer and if what I asked can't be checked than is that because the water in a front load washer would end up on the floor or is there a different reason as to why a front load washer water temperature can't be checked if what I asked can't be checked.
I was wondering that type of clothes material or other items are able to be washed in a washer on a warm or hot temperature setting.
I was wondering why clothes can be clean if washed in a washer on a cold temperature setting.
