What I mean is my cough/chest pain,etc is a symptom that follows runny/stuffy noses, etc.

When I have a cold I just feel it in my nose/chest area. I can feel a fever throughout my body. Does your arms, legs, chest, face, back, etc feel very very very hot and that is how you know what I asked you in this paragraph of this post? If I am wrong on what I said in the 2nd sentence of this paragraph of this post than let me know this.-I can feel a fever throughout my body It's quite the opposite actually.
