Hi Michelle, did you read the replies left to the previous posts you made? Your account is not deleted, nor has it ever been. We applied a security update that required all members to reset their passwords. We sent out an email to all members last week. Your account is currently in good standing, and you will be able to log back in by either contacting support for a new temporary password, or by clicking the "forgot password" link on the login page. You can email support at support@squishycash.com, be sure to provide your username. Sorry for the cause for concern, let us know if you have any questions.

Aww, thanks so much for the reply! I was really hurt thinking I was deleted because I promote the heck out of this site! My email has changed since I first registered about 7 years ago. I used to have Walmart internet, but they no longer exist and now I have Comcast. If you could email a temp password to me at soloadexpress@gmail.com, I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much for the explanation and I am so sorry about my posting!

Your concern was/is completely understandable, and thank you for continuing to support SC for such a long time! I just PM'd you a new temporary password, but make sure to update your email in your account, along with a new password. You can find this message by looking at the top of the forum, and clicking "messages" you should have a little white "1" pop-up, letting you know you have a new message. I have a similar issue. I've requested to reset my password several times and I don't get the e-mail and I contacted support through the website twice (over a week ago and then again a couple of days ago) and still no response. I cashed out as recently as May to the address I have been requesting the assistance to with no problem, but it's possible there is a different e-mail on my account I guess. Can you please advise what I should do?
