Attention Forum Members!

The new Trivia Tournament has been setup!

You will find a box at the bottom of this forum that has the link to our very own Trivia Tournament! First off, you will start by creating your own user id that you will be known as. Once you do that, you are set to start answering trivia questions. Each day will consist of 10 new trivia questions varying in different categories (new category each day). When you click on "Play Now" and sign in, you can try and answer those 10 questions correctly in the fastest time. Once you finish, you will be given trivia bucks depending on your score which you can buy fun prizes within FunTrivia.com's little store. Once you complete the 10 questions, your score will be recorded for that day. The tournament will keep your score for each day and it will keep adding to it each day. Make sure you play every day for a higher score! There will be prizes each week for the person with the highest score!

To test the tournament out, for this first week, there will prizes for the top 3 overall scores for the week!

1st wins 100 casino chips!
2nd wins 50 casino chips!
3rd wins 25 casino chips!

So, we'll be taking weekly totals to determine where you ranked and what prize you'll get! The weeks will start Sunday and end Saturday night. So, that's a full 7 days! (the current tournament runs from today, August 19th until Saturday, August 25th)

Wow what a great start!
Our first few hours of the tournament up and running and there was already 15+ Members playing the trivia! Awesome start everyone!

Hmm...this shows the cumulative scores for the month (so since it's only been going for a week, should be accurate for this week):

i noticed that the week was not reset..it is only in monthly totals..does that mean we are going off monthly totals? so that the winners of last week have a higher chance this week? just curious

I'm not sure if there's a way to reset it weekly. I figured we'd just delete the total from the week or weeks before to get the new weekly total. Members who won last week won't have an advantage.

Maybe there is a way to reset it weekly. Joe??
