What happened to redeeming your chips for cash?  ? I went into the prize shop to redeem some of my chips for cash since it is getting harder for me to reach cash out and I don't see the option anywhere... I might be just missing something.... Did u guys take that option away? |

Did u guys take that option away? Yes, we have disabled the "cash" prizes in the prize shop, due to new advertiser regulations. If there are any gift cards you'd like to see us put up in the prize shop, we will certainly consider it! We're always taking suggestions! |

Are we still able to write to support and request a "special" gift card that isn't in the prize shop? I'm nowhere near a gift card right now (thanks, SquishySlots!). How about a Visa gift card? Is that against the rules? I don't ever exchange my chips for cash....I'm just being conversational. haha

By special do you mean a gift card that we do not currently offer in the prize shop? The answer to that would be that we will definitely take your request and if it's something we can add then we definitely will! |

I remember once wondering about that on SC because another site I was part of said "no" to cash prizes for that same reason...

I remember once wondering about that on SC because another site I was part of said "no" to cash prizes for that same reason... We originally were told not to allow cash for chips, and then it was allowed and now it's been disallowed again. So, I guess that's where we're at! |
