Well I did it, I paid the $5.00 and I got a couple of sign ups already. I also have my ad on several traffic exchanges but I believe my results are coming from this ad, I made $3.00 already from the sign ups so $5.00 is probably worth it, but i need to check my AdWords acct and see the clicks generated there.
