I was wondering if anyone who reads this thread know of any ways for other members who read this thread to save money when buy products at any brick and mortar store without having to use one or more coupons.
I was wondering if anyone who reads this thread has ever spent $100 or more at one brick and mortar store and was able to only have to pay $20 or less on that purchase receipt with or without using one or more coupons.

Look out for sales promotions and holiday weekends and such. To the member I am quoting what do you consider as sales promotions. Are BOGO (buy one get one), 10/$10, 3 for $6, etc what you are referring to when you said look for sales promotions. If this is not what you were referring to when you said look for sales promotions than let me know this. To the member I am quoting when you said holiday weekends are you referring to Friday as part of a holiday weekend or are you just referring to Saturday and Sunday as part of a Holiday weekend. To the member I am quoting why did you say and such. What is such referring to?

I will tell you one way to save some money.
Instead of buying trash bags, use the small plastic bags you get when you grocery shop. I have saved tons of money doing this.
I thought i would share

this is a great topic for discussions, we could all use tips on ways to save money.
with summer coming, cleaning out old things and putting together a yard sale is a great way to make some extra money and get some old stuff out of your house to help get organized.
also make a change jar, empty your change into it and you would be surprised how much you can save with just change every year. you could empty it once a year or twice a year and use the money for something special or put it into a savings bond.

You could also recycle your used cans, etc. They save up a lot over time.
