sweetangel... yes there can be store coupons in there as well along with the red plum, smart source or p&g coupon inserts.
the sales ads are not coupon inserts because they are just advertising what is on sale -- some though may have coupons in them for there store only.
only if the email will specify a specific zip code or else it is just there nationally on the coupon site -- or facebook where ever the coupon may be posted.
I have no idea why coupons expire.... sorry cant help you there.
Stealth... I know, you really have to be on the watch for the coupons and expiration dates....that is why I have so many coupon sites attached to my facebook so I can get notified when a deal pops up and I can have facebook on my phone so I can always get on there even when I am out. lol

yesterday I got a great deal at Krogers on huggies baby wipes... they are on sale for 1.49 and I had a .50 off coupon (2 coupons actually) and that coupon doubled to a dollar so I got 2 packs of huggies wipes for .49 each. with 3 kids getting 2 packs for under a dollar is great!! even better than the dollar store.

I was wondering how you found out about the 3 websites you shared in the quote I am quoting from you. I was wondering what makes the 3 websites you shared in the quote I am quoting from you different enough for you to want to use 3 different coupon types of websites.
