I don't know if the following things below are considered just eating healthy and or being on a diet, but if any member who reads this post knows the answer to any of the following below than it would be nice of you to share the answer(s) to what you know below.
I was wondering what foods members who read this post eat so you are eating healthy, but are not on a diet plan to eat healthy.
I was wondering for anyone to eat healthy does the person have to eat less or no foods that are starch foods, eat less or no junk foods such as chips, eat less or no donuts etc.
I was wondering is eating healthy without being on a diet a way for a person to not gain weight or gain more than 5 pounds.

They are free of gluten and processed chemicals. To the member I am quoting is gluten in foods just foods that are made with flour. If I am right on this than how is gluten-free foods better for a person to eat if the person wants to eat healthy. To the member I am quoting I was wondering do you know the name of one or more processed chemicals in foods and do you know why processed chemicals in foods are not good for a person to eat if a person wants to eat healthy.

Corn syrup is a common processed chemical. To the member I am quoting why is corn syrup a processed chemical Is corn syrup a processed chemical because it has to be made and added to foods because corn syrup isn't just part of foods. If I am wrong on the 2nd thing I said than let me know this.

If I am wrong on what I said than let me know this.-changed to a different form for flavor. To the member I am quoting I was wondering if you know why changing corn syrup to a different form can add flavor to foods corn syrup is used in.
