Hi! Here is the offer description: eBay - Find What You Want on eBay! Buy millions of items at auction! Register and buy an item. To qualify for your free gift, you must successfully register with eBay and place a "Buy It Now" on an item at least once over the next 4 weeks in order to receive your gift.

No no, not a bid. She needs to select the 'Buy it Now' option, which means that she'll automatically get that item at that price. Only certain items will have this feature. Some times people offer the 'Buy it Now' option as well as bidding, but bidding doesn't necessarily mean you'll win the item. I don't believe you'll receive credit if you simply place a bid. <----Addicted to Ebay Didn't we have an Ebay offer in the past though, that did offer credit for just placing a bid?
