So I have this "Fast Browser Search" on my computer, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've uninstalled the "add-on" from Firefox and thought that would take care of it, but it didn't.
Anyone out there computer savvy and know how I can get this off of Firefox?

Sorry.........I have only started using firefox part time recently and there is still a lot I don't know about it. If my brother calls in tonight he is pretty savvy on firefox, I'll ask him and let you know.

Beware Facebook apps =D Anyway, type about:config in the address bar in Firefox. In the filter, type fast. This should bring up all the instances of where Fast Browser Search has taken over. Right click on each of the Fast Browser Search entrys and select reset. This should put most of them back to google. And that’s it!
