I upgraded my account to Wynn and I was wondering who gets the referrals when other people are Wynn.. How do you divide up the referrals or who gets who?

It's basically a random drawing between you and all other members who have an upgrade. Just think of it like this...since Wynn is 20x the amount of chance, you'd have 20 "tickets" into the drawing. Whoever else as Wynn has 20 "tickets" in the drawing as well. Each time an unreferred member joins the site, the drawing will take place and go to whoever wins it. The higher the upgrade, the bigger chance you'll get the referrals.

Well, in that case.. can we get 40 tickets? xD
For example, I realized that once I bought Wynn, I can purchase the upgraddes under? So If i buy 20x referrals and 16x referrals, I will get 36x refferals? Is that correct?
