Cannot CashOut - Submitted 3rd Support Ticket!Help

Since the beginning of this month I have submitted 3 support tickets and never received a response.

My problem is that I have $21 in my account, I go and click on the withdraw Daily Via Paypal (+10%). So my account goes to $0.00 and the next day when I log back into SquishyCash, my account is back at $21!!!

I have been dealing with this EVERYDAY and no one will help me or even answer an email. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
