I'm a Mariners fan, although not as much as I used to be now that my favorite player retired (I have his number tattooed on my ankle! Since I got married, I've been more of a hockey fan (my husband is from detroit and a HUGE detroit red wings fan) Although we just went to a Mariners game last weekend. By the way...since you're a Yankee fan, it's a physical impossibility for us to be friends. Just kidding. haha

Just kidding. haha I grew up in Columbus Ohio..well until I was 12 and I used to go to the Yankees minor league games there. When I moved to Chicago and met my husband I started watching the White Sox with him...well after several years I just had to go back to the Yankees. I couldn't stand all the trades the White Sox made every year. I have to have a team that has some kind of loyalty to their players!!!

I just saw the yankees play the white sox, here in chicago! It was a fun game, but a little rainy. I was disappointed because A-rod didn't play! I love baseball...but, I like a few different teams. I grew up loving the mariner's, like when a-rod, ken griffy jr and edgar martinez played. Now, I love the red sox...because they are a very exciting team and because Max loves them. And, I'm trying to get into liking the cubs because I'm here in Chicago for the summer!

I WAS a diehard Mariners fan until I moved from WA to MO. Well the Royals suck butt so I lost interest. I do love football now though. Lats year I went to a game when the Seahawks came here and played the Chiefs. I had a blast! Love both teams.

I like the White Sox better than the Cubs because the Cubs fans just don't care if they win or not. White Sox games were always much more exciting to go to. I lived in the North West Suburbs from 12-18 yrs old. Do you know where Schaumburg is?

I'm a Philadelphia native, so naturally I have to support my Phillies.
That said, I do like a few other teams as well. For instance, I'm also a Red Sox fan. I can't STAND either of the NYC teams.

I know Schaumburg, I actually stayed out there a few days while I was getting my apartment. I also went to the Ikea out there ! I live in Lincoln Park.

He was my favorite baseball player from the time I was 9 years old. His last game was my 2nd date with my husband when we first met and I BAWLED my eyes out. i miss the good ol days

I actually graduated from Streamwood High School right off of Scaumburg road. Streamwood is next to Schaumburg. How funny it is such a small world. I don't even think they had an Ikea the last time I went to visit! I am a bad daughter-in-law! LOL!

Yep...trying to put the Mariners fans and Yankees fans together is like trying to stick the same sides of a magnet together... haha I remember when I was 15 or so....I got some pencils for school that had each baseball team on each pencil. The first thing I did was find the Yankees pencil and break it in half. haha Just how I was raised.
