Yeah I will see shows and I think I can do it too. When I try, It just never seems to turn out right. They make things look so easy.

Yes, they do. But food network did teach me how to cut an onion the correct way. lol I now know how to slice it like a pro, bu I still don't know how to use the knife's properly. I think I need an expensive knife, so I can cut like them.

Speaking of reality TV...I've been watching a lot of the Food channel lately. Maybe cooking will become a new hobby of mine...

lol! I always wondered how they could cut onions with crying. It's the knife. You have to have a sharp knife. I've learned alot from the Food Network.

Oh how I wish I could chop as fast as they do without the fear of cutting off a finger

lol Seriously, Rachel Ray also pointed out how to cut them without crying. She said to cut them next to an open flame, and it works! Also my sis suggested washing them with warm water. That worked as well.
I loooove going for walks, and staring at cloudy weather. Not when it's about to rain cloudy, but more like twilight. I'm such a scenic person.
You and me both jflo! lol

I love going for walks too. I have two little ones and they love being outside. So I grab the stroller and we go for a walk. They like to look around at everything. It's great exercise too.

It really is great exercise, and kids are fun to walk with. I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I know this.

When we go for a walk my 3yr old likes to point and name the thing he sees. We play games, which is good for building his vocabulary. Right now his big hobby is drawing. He loves to draw.

That is really good. That's how you teach your kids. I've always wanted to take up drawing as a hobby. I'm just really horrible at it, and don't see myself getting any better at it.

I tried to take up drawing as a hobby a couple of years ago. I spent money on instruction books, special pencils and paper. I just couldn't get it. I was so frustrated I just gave the stuff away and that stuff wasn't cheap. I think I need to take a class because the instruction book didn't work.

lol! You're right that probably would be a waste of time and money. My nephew takes beautiful pictures. He took a picture of some flowers blew it up in black and white. My mom framed it and it's hanging in her livingroom. It looks like she paid alot of money for it.
