I'm not sure if the National Real Estate Buyers Club offer is still up, but I figured I should post this anyway for those who may have already completed the offer. I just got done talking to a very rude customer service representative on the phone after finding out that my credit card was charged $56 despite me choosing not to continue on after the trial period. I spent some time looking over the website and everything but it was not for me. I had originally ended my trial via an online contact form which their terms and conditions stated was an appropriate method of doing so. Well, what their terms and conditions say and what the guy on the phone told me are totally different. He said that memberships can only be terminated over the phone...not that unusual, however, that is not what the terms said. He refused to issue me a refund despite admitting that what he said and what the website says conflicts and that it was not my fault that I was charged. I am doing what I can to resolve this but I may just be out $50...so anyone who has done this offer please be sure to check your credit card statement closely and if you need to contact the company, do NOT use the form online regardless of what their terms say. There may be nothing I can do but I want to keep what happened from me from happening to anyone else. Also, mods feel free to edit this...I tried to stay away from the "C word" but wasn't sure the best way to word my problem.

I don't see a problem in the post, but thank you for staying clear from that frowned upon word.
I hope everything turns out okay and you get your money back. Don't give up!
