I keep my offers in my pending file for only 2 days... I figure if they dont approve by then they arent going to... then I wait 2 to 3 days to do them again under a new email.
since I usually only do about 5 offers a day...there are a ton of offers for me to do while I wait to try the old ones again.

I usually delete my pending offers once every few weeks. Unless they're credit card offers; then I send in a non-credit request.

roflol @ siinnderella
It all depends on how aggravated I am at them.......roflol
Really it all depends.......sometimes two days..........some times 10. I suppose it really all depends on the type of offer it is.

Yeah, just send in a support ticket and they'll give you the link to the Non-Credit request form. That's why you ALWAYS save your confirmation e-mails from credit card offers. You need them for the non-credit request. You can do them after 7 days if your offer hasn't credited yet. This is only for the credit card offers; not the free offers (fyi)

You shouldn't have to "redo" them "resubmit" them. I am new here and so far, I am not impressed.
