I know that Squishycash requests them about $400, and I know the law is $600, but I'd like to know this:
1. Do you have to fill out a W-9 if you EARN $600? 2. Is it that you have to physically cashout $600?

You can earn a million dollars on SquishyCash, and as long as you NEVER cash out, we are not required to submit a W-9. You need to actually be paid by us for the W-9 to be needed. With that being said, once you've reached between $400-$500, we will request a W-9. It is much easier to request it a little early. When you have cashed out $600 or more, we submit it to the IRS.

Do rewards count towards the $600?

No, gift cards and other prizes are separate.
Of course if you spend 100 chips for $5 added to your account balance, that'll be considered part of your earnings.
