Unfortunately, you cannot. It's always very important to save all confirmation emails when doing a trial/paid offers. I even take a screenshot as well. Since the tracking cookie was obviously lost, they advertiser needs some valid proof that you actually did the offer.
Sorry. :\

Lets wait to see what SquishyCash says about this, but I know that it's getting harder and harder for people to get non-credit requests approved, even with all the required information. Companies just go through so much fraud that they're getting more and more hesitant to even have cash incentive sites as their affiliates.
How long have you waited for the offer to credit?

MoneyBunny is right. It is hard enough for us to get non-credit requests to be processed by our advertiser even with the confirmation email. Basically all we can do is submit them and pray. Sometimes, with some advertisers, we get responses right away, but at the same time we have non-credit requests pending since May with other advertisers. If you can get in touch with the company and request them to send you another confirmation email, we'll submit the NCR for you on the 15th of this month (this advertiser only allows us to submit NCRs on the 15th of each month).

Thank you so much for the quick answers, Money Bunny and Squishy Cash. Its been 7 days, but I will try what squishy said and try to see if the company can send another conformation email.
