doesn't that depend on the individual...5-8hrs. if you sleep through i know i can sleep less than with disrupted sleep.

I am not a good sleeper so hard to gague. I'd say 5 hours is pretty good for me.

The amount of sleep needed is different, depending on the person & their age. Some people only need 4 or 5 and some people need 10...
And naps? What are those? haha
