Internet Explorer and Offer Questions

I was wondering if the following happens to other members who use Internet Explorer as a web browser or if the following just happens to me.

What happens is when I clear cookies to do more than one offer I am not told I have to login to my account before I can do the 2nd, 3rd, etc offer.
I like that the IE 7 version I am using doesn't tell me I have to login to do more than one offer after I clear cookies.
I wonder if what happens to me when I clear cookies has to do with the version IE I am using to do offers with or if any IE version does the same thing.
I like not having to login each time to do offers after I clear cookies because it saves me a lot of time not having to login each time to do a 2nd, 3rd, etc offer.

I wonder if other web browsers do what I mentioned above or if it's just IE that does what I mentioned above.

I was wondering if the following happens to other members or just me.

What happens is sometimes when I try to do a 2nd offer from the same advertiser such as YGZ and CIR offers the information such as name, address, phone number, etc on the 2nd page of those offers is already filled in for me.

I wonder if the YGZ and CIR offer problem that I mentioned happens in just IE or if it happens also with other web browsers.

When a YGZ or CIR offer already shows the information filled in for me on the 2nd page of any of those offers I logout of my account and than clear cookies and than log back into my account and than clear cookies again before I try doing another YGZ or CIR offer depending on if I had tried a 2nd YGZ or 2nd CIR offer where the information was already filled in for me, than the information on the 2nd page of a YGZ or CIR offer is not filled in for me.

If the account logon page or 2nd page of said offers is not automatically filled, then I would say this should be a sign that your cookies are cleared. As for the YGZ or CIR offers, I think the email address used also determines whether or not the info will be autmatically filled in or not.

To the member I am quoting is the logon page of any offer the page where a members puts in their name, address, phone number, zip and email.
If I am right on what a logon page of offers is than not all offers have the logon page as the 2nd page, but there always is a logon page of offers.
If I am right on what the logon page of offers is than why did you call that page a logon page when most offers don't ask for a Username and Password on the logon page.

Are you saying that if an offer asks for a zip on the first page of that offer than mostl likely the info will not be filled in for the member on the logon page.

I did notices that some offers when you put in a zip on the first page of those offers and get to the logon page the city, zip, etc will already be filled in (I can't remember if an email is asked for on the first page of an offer if the email will be filled in for the member on some offers on the logon page), but not all the information will be filled in.
I did noticed that when some info is already filled in on a logon page I can fill in the rest of the missing info and be able to get credited for that offer.

The former = SC account. The latter = the offers' page where they ask for your personal info.

Using an "old" email will be recognized by their system which will fill in all the info for you.

Some companies do credit if an "old" email is used, by which I mean an email you used before on any of said company's offers, i.e., ygz, mrv, cir, etc.
