I was wondering if any member who reads this post knows the answer to any of the following below.
I saw on the Bill me Later website one day on 2011 that Bill Me Later is a service of PayPal and I was wondering how Bill Me Later is a service of PayPal.
I was wondering if any member who reads this post has ever made a purchase online using a bank card that can be used as debit or credit when purchasing one or more things with a bank card. I asked what I asked because someone I know said they have purchased more than one thing online in 2011 and other years using a bank card and I was wondering if a person purchases something online using a bank card than do they have to use it as credit and does the person use the number on the bank card and not the bank account routing number and account number to make a purchase using a bank card. If a person does have to use a bank card online as credit to purchase something than does the amount the purchase online is for get deducted from the persons bank account faster than a purchase being charged to a credit card.

There is a credit check prior to using that service.

There is a credit check prior to using that service. To the member I am quoting when you said service in the quote I am quoting from you than is that referring to using a bank card to make a purchase online or using Bill Me Later to make a purchase online or some other payment method that can be used when making a purchase online. To the member I am quoting whatever you are referring to in the quote I am quoting form you when you said service than why is there a credit check prior to using that service.

A good credit is sufficient for a qualification.
