Hi there and happy belated Valentines day We spent the last week in Arizona with my sister and her hubby. Steve and I drove down from Iowa, took 2 days, and my brother and his wife flew in. I think next time we will fly, LOL, beautiful trip, but just got home last night. My sister owns a home south of Phoenix and we just had a ton of fun. Spent a couple days in their pool, and calling our kids back home, rubbing it in to all of them. Mine being in Iowa, and 0-10 above, and my brothers kids being in North Dakota, and being 35 below zero. LOL. So now we are home, and pulled in last night to a bitter 7 degrees.   |

Fun, fun! How long was the drive? I have a sister in Yuma AZ, which is south of Phoenix  She said the weather has been really great there! |

Fun, fun! How long was the drive? I have a sister in Yuma AZ, which is south of Phoenix She said the weather has been really great there! It took us 2 days, full days, its 1550 miles for us. My sis has a winter home near apache junction. We had a few cool days, but for the most part it was great. Panned for gold, went to Tombstone and boothill cemetery. Just had a blast all around. |
