If any member who reads this post knows the answer to any of the following below than it would be nice of you to share the answer(s) to what you know below.
If any member who reads this post has ever bought anything from the Amazon website that was mailed from someone who works for the Amazon website and not a person who is selling something on the Amazon website that doesn't work for the Amazon website than I was wondering if you ever bought anything that needed to be returned for any reason.
If what I asked in the previous paragraph has ever been done by any member who read this post than I was wondering if you know if there is a way to return any item that was bought from someone who works for Amazon if there is something wrong with the item. I asked what I asked in this paragraph of this post because I know someone who bought something in Dec 2011 from the Amazon website and the item was mailed from someone who works for the Amazon website and what this person bought didn't end up working the way it said it would and I don't recall there being anything on the Amazon website that explains how to return any item when the item was mailed from someone who works for Amazon. If what I asked in this paragraph of this post can be done than where on the Amazon website is there information that explains how an item can be returned so a credit can be given on the payment method a person used to pay for the item that needs to or should be returned.
I was wondering if there is way for anyone to contact someone who works for the Amazon website (I am not revering to contacting someone who is selling an item that doesn’t work for the Amazon website since I already know there is a way to contact a seller that doesn‘t work for the Amazon website) and if there is a way to do this than where is what I am asking located on the Amazon website. If what I asked in this paragraph of this post is not allowed on the Amazon website than do you know why that is.

I know someone who has a Amazon account and the only way for this person to sign out of their account is to click on where it says If you're not (the person’s first name goes here), click here.
If any member has seen what I asked in the previous paragraph of this post than do you know why anyone who owns a website that people can sign up for an account on that website would not put the words log out, sign out, etc on that website after a person has signed into a website.

I have never bought anything that needed returning, but I have bought things from amazon, both sold by independent sellers and amazon. I am quite certain that I received return shipping for the products if they were not up to standards. They will charge you for return shipping initially, but you may be credited for it on your account, depending on your account status and other factors.

My family is buying regulary things from Amazon. We are very satiesfied with product range, safety of website, payment options, delivery and support. You may contact Amazon through contact form. But you can contact them personally because they are located in UK or in their subsidiaries located in several countries.

This is to the member stealth3si. When you aid the following in a post in this thread on Feb 11, 2012 than do you know if the return address is a location in the United States or a different country?-the order page should have link to click on to return it. My family is buying regulary things from Amazon. We are very satiesfied with product range, safety of website, payment options, delivery and support. You may contact Amazon through contact form. But you can contact them personally because they are located in UK or in their subsidiaries located in several countries. To the member I am quoting when you said support are you saying the Amazon website has a place that a person can contact someone who works for Amazon. If I am right on what I said than where is the contact section of the Amazon website. To the member I am quoting how do you know the following thing you said about the UK. Are you saying that the only way for a person to contact someone who works for Amazon is to call a number in the UK. If I am right on what I said in the previous sentence of this paragraph of this post than why does what I ask happen and if I am wrong on what I said than let me know this.-But you can contact them personally because they are located in UK or in their subsidiaries located in several countries.
