Squishy Cash legit?

Let me first say I LOVE SQUISHY CASH and this is NO WAY a bashing thread, rather I am tryinig to clear up some confusion and hoping perhaps someone could shed some light...

So, I posted a thread on a blog yesterday about joining Squishy Cash and though I got a number of positive responses one person was not so happy. They were very adamant in telling me that Squishy Cash was a Scam and that I should stop using them immediately. They're reasoning? They said that Squishy Cash will 'kick you out' or "ban" you if you make money above a certain threshold in ONE month. Not to be confused with over the life of your time on Squishy Cash. For example, they said they earn an amount in excess of $400 in ONE month, through referrals and offers, and I was banned on terms of "fraud" and never got their money. They were absolutely positive they'd given valid, honest information on every survey/offer and never committed fraud. In fact, this person co-owned one of the many other survey sites out there so they knew the importance of not giving false information. I wouldn't even post this thread if this person was not so adamant about what they were saying. They were confident that this was a regular/common action at CC.

Now, I'm not defending nor bashing this person, however, I wanted to post here and get some feedback on the comments and what anyone else's experience has been? Does anyone here know of anyone who got banned and some reasons why? Did they feel it was fare? Has anyone made over $400 in one month and received their funds just fine? Was this person just bitter and venting???

I am guessing this person is a fraud...which usually results in that same person turning around and calling a site a scam:) I know many people under me (in my referral base) that have earned a ton each month and are still active members:) I have earned close to $1000 from squishy, total...and always have been paid. There has been a ton of fraud in the gpt industry, where sites are even getting reports from some networks about the people who duplicate offers. At that point, it can jeopardize the site losing the networks that provide us all with money making offers....so...when owners find out about this...they really don't have a choice but to ban members who duplicate. There is also the factor of doing a ton of trials that one is not interested and then cancel the next day (just to get the cash and not even try it). I think Squishy would probably welcome a person who makes that much for themselves, since it would also continuously make that much for the site:) People duplicate, get caught, and then get bitter unfortunately. So I guess...what I am saying (lol)...is squishy is legit:)

My first check from SC was over $400 and I was paid and have been paid every month since then. I am pretty sure I posted my first check in the proof section so check that out if you want proof. SC is definitely not a scam.

The way I see this is:

Even though this "other", person used valid true info etc, doesn't mean they didn't commit fraud.
IF they did offers here, and the same offers on other sites, this also is fraud. Now mistakes happen, I for one know, and sometimes an offer gets done here and on a different site, but, when people knowingly do this, then, thats fraud. And my guess this is why they would of been banned. IF they were banned.
OR using a credit card/debit card to do offers, with NO intention of continuing after the trial.
