I cleaned my girls' bedroom today and that was a pretty good work-out! I was definitely sweating by the time I was done!

housework is good exercise. i put on some music & dance/sing while i get through it. makes it much more fun & burns even more calories.

I started water aerobics last night. It was pretty cool. It definitely made me want to join the YMCA (where the classes are). We have a HUGE one. It's 3 stories...

Just found out I'm pregnant again a few days ago. What did everyone do for exercise during pregnancy? I didn't bother when I was pregnant with my daughter, because I was a full-time waitress and did more than enough to stay in shape. I'm looking into prenatal yoga... Anything else?
