lol... i go to the gym and mostly do cardio...i just moved so my routine is all messed up so i haven't been there in a while... i actually want to take boxing lessons too...
oh and i walk my dog lol

I have just started a new routine to get up at 6 to get my cardio in before the kids get up...then get my son to school and then it is all online work from there...LOL, but I get up early and get it out of the way.

I do gym but on a yoga basis, because that is better for my musscles

oh my god....yesterday I got home from picking my son up from school and the mailman had just left....my husband had bought me P90X... this huge box was on our steps... so of course open it up, and there are 12 dvd's and 2 books --one for nutrition and one for step by step instructions on how to do the workout correctly.... oh boy... I guess I better be completely ripped in 90 days.... LOL

glad to see so many of you actually being proactive with your exercise. best to start a routine & keep up with it. getting old stinks, but exercise does help to make it better.

I started a yoga tape this week...it is just 20 minutes and was easy to do, but I feel a little sore today...LOL

I have just order Cherly Burke's Disco Abs (dancing with the stars professional) its suppose to fun and "not even feel like exercise"....I love to dance so I hope to love the videos!!!Right now I am just using the elliptical (boring).

I have started my P90X...it is kick butt and surprisingly I am still moving around!! LOL
it is a 90 day program...2 days down, 88 to go!! LMAO
