I was wondering if any member who reads this post has ever seen a acquiring network address message with an icon to the left of the time and date on a computer taskbar when a computer mouse arrow is over a certain icon when using a internet service.
I asked what I asked above because I know someone who saw the acquiring network address message I am referring to above more than 2 days in the past week, but the message I am referring to shows up for the person at no specific time frames apart so the person has no way to know how often the message I am referring to shows up. Sometimes the message I am referring to can happen every couple of minutes to more than 30 minutes apart. Sometimes the message shows up before a website can load or after something is being done on a website such as going to another page on a website.
I was wondering if the problem I mentioned above is happening due to IE being used with a internet service or if it’s something else.
I wanted to let members who read this post know that when the above problem happens where it shows acquiring network address that means the internet service that this is happening with will not work until the internet connection is working again.
I was wondering if any member who reads this post knows what could cause the above acquiring network address problem to happen with a internet service and or what could be tried to see if that will fix the above problem from happening.

VPN is to protect your identity. To the member I am quoting does a VPN service use a internet service and if so than how can a VPN service do what you said in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting is a persons full name and home address some of the things that a VPN service does not show to help protect a persons identity. If I am right on what I said than is there any other identifying information that is protected when a person uses a VPN service.

VPN uses secure internet service, yes. To the member I am quoting I was wondering if you know how a VPN service can do what you said in the quote I am quoting from you. Is one way a VPN service can do what you said in the quote I am quoting from you is a VPN service shows a lock on each internet page that is accessed through a VPN service. If I am wrong on what I said than let me know this. If I am right on what I said than is there anything else that is used with a VPN service to do what you said in the quote I am quoting from you.

To the member I am quoting why did you say what you said in the quote I am quoting from you. Did you say what you said in the quote I am quoting from you because of something I said in a post I posted in this thread? If I am right on what I said than what did I say in a post in this thread for you to say what you said in the quote I am quoting from you. To the member I am quoting what do you mean by what you said in the quote I am quoting from you. Such as what is hide I disagree and open VPN.

I was wondering if any member who reads this post has ever used the program GIMP on any computer.
I asked what I asked above because someone I know mentioned they use GIMP on a computer from something that was said to this person and the person said GIMP is similar to Photoshop and free to use.
If any member does say they have used the program GIMP than does it work similar to how the program Paint in Windows XP works. If someone knows the answer to what I asked than it would be nice of you to share the answer to what I asked. If the program GIMP is similar to the program Paint in Windows XP than what makes the program GIMP similar to the program Paint and what makes the program GIMP and the program Paint different.
If what I mentioned above that the person I am referring to said about the program GIMP being similar to Photoshop than what makes GIMP and Photoshop similar.
